Real or not, I wouldn't give them anything more than a smirk.

Wouldn't the Ebay mods catch something like this?

If it is pre-embargo, sealed and for collectible purposes strictly for the packaging and not the contents (in othe words, the content is not the reason for the purchase, just happens to come along with the sealed box), it is OK to list on Ebay.

In this case, box is opened. They will probably get canned by Ebay.
I am willing to bet an ISOM on it. Any takers on my sucker bet?

For the record....

Selling any product containing tobacco on ebay is prohibited. Lots of people get away with it because they will say that the tobacco has no value and the container is what you are purchasing but that does not fit in the rules. The only way they get the auctioned canned is if someone turns it in or they (ebay) just happen to catch it (which is very unlikely because they do not try)

Re: E-bay ISOM

they sell so many 'empty' boxes on ebay for so much money, i wonder if theres a little wink wink- nod nod going on... still i woudlnt trust ebay on non-conterfitable items let alone a (gulp) open box of ISOMs

but yeah ebay will can that auction in hours
