"Las Vegas" NBC Cuban Cigars..

The TV was on last night and I noticed they were smoking cigars. the one guy asked "have you ever had a cuban" and then he says "there the best".. So then later on in the show they bust into a locker that has a stash of unbanded cuban cigars sitting in cardboard boxes..

I imagine in Vegas it would not take long for cigars to turn into to dried poop if not humidified properly. Anyway I assume the will show next week where the cigars came from. From what I could tell the cigars they were smoking did look cuban.

I think they said they were pre-embargo Cubans but they didn't name a maker. When they opened that storage unit with all the cigars,I was thinking the same thing. They would be dry to the bone especially if they were pre-emabargo Cubans and this is how they've been treated the whole time.

Awesome episode.

A fight breaks out in the casino. They find a nice case with some pre-embargos in it and a slip with some numbers on it.

Someone gets beat up because they think he still has the numbers. Then they beat up the guy that owns the numbers and he fesses up. Its a code for a combination at the loading dock.

They go to the container, cut the lock off.

OMG !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There were thousands of Cuban Cigars in it. A shipping container full of Cuban Cigars. Piled from top to bottom all in nice boxes.

OMG !!!!!!!!

I was in heaven just looking at them. Good episode.

Did any one ever see the CSI episode where they found tobacco inbetween a horse's teeth, and determined it was a cuban because certain chemicals in the cigar are only found in the humidification process in Cuba. Is that true? I'd doubt it, but Fidel could be doing it without our knolwedge.

I don't watch the show. However our hobby is getting press and that just amazes me. Maybe their is some underground botl that we don't know about and they know that President Bush watches the Las Vegas show and they are trying to get him to lift the embargo via subliminal messages. Just a theroy

I would think it is the chemicals in the soil that are so unique to Cuba rather than the humidification process. Just my

I think that is referred to as "suspension of disbelief". It'll show up on "Myth Busters" one of these days.

There were cigars on Las Vegas? I must have been busy drooling over Sam, Delinda, and Mary, in that order.
