Just my thought.....

That's what I was thinking to.

I bet that was it. Don't underestimate the GOOD side effects of cigar smoking, total relaxation.

Re: Cigar side effect?

Ash tray in the stall? Maybe at least one of those cigar clips that's made for a golf-bag, just hang it on the side of the butt-gasket holder? A stinky in the stinker? Just be careful firing up a lighter or match for touch-ups, you don't want to cause an explosion.

Just a few ideas.

Edit: I believe maybe you swallowed too much of the "juice" from the end of your cigar? Is that possible?

Re: Cigar side effect?

I allways blamed it on the malaria medication. Sometimes it comes over me when im relaxing with a cigar but i dont know if that is any more prevalent then any other time.

I'd blame the quarter.

If you want to add cultures back into your stomach you need to buy acidolphulus supplements. I have had great results with acidolphulus and slippery elm for repairing intestines and stomach problems.
Could you cite where you are getting this information from? Specifically about "avoid[ing] law suites (sic)"?

Sorry to get snappy, but it really pisses me off when someone posts something completely false on a message board, especially one full of knowledgeable and trusting people where it's likely to be accepted as fact at face value.

Some brands do not contain live and active cultures, but it is pretty easy to find ones that do and also have live L. acidophilus bacteria.

See http://www.aboutyogurt.com/ for what to look for on the label.

I have also experienced first hand, that the bacteria in my yogurt are alive, as I've used a small amount of commercial yogert as a "starter culture" to make my own yogurt.

Re: Cigar side effect?

I get like this on an empty stomach.

Other than that I'll feel more like this

but cigars do help me more than with this than fiber does.
