Question Best nubbing technique

Right now I stick a jeweler's screwdriver through mine. Haven't owned a roach clip since college.

That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

Are there better ways to nub?

Inquiring noobs want to know.

Re: Best nubbing technique

I have an old pair of tweezers that I spread apart, stick the stogie nub in, and then release; enough inward pressure exists to hold nub in place fairly securely. Only had a couple of sticks so far that were good enough to the very end to warrant this solution.

Of course, I assume you are talking about a cigar nub, right??

So this one time I was smoking a Rock Patel down to the nub and I didn't really want to let it go too soon so I stuck the nub in my pipe, it actually worked pretty well. Proably looked pretty stupid though.

I usually smoke 'em to the point where I'm carefully squeezing flaming paper between my thumbnail and forefinger. I also recently shaved because I lit my moustache on fire.

Usually after I burn my fingers 2 or 3 times I make myself pitch it. It's called self-discipline or so I've heard. Well, maybe 4 or 5 times....................6 or 7 times...................

Whatever is handy. I can usually find a stick from an old corn dog rolling around on the floor of my truck.

As soon as my fingers are burning.

When they are burning it is time to let go.

Now that is what I do as well. Makes me laugh while trying to smoke it because it reminds of of hitting one of those funny cigs; not that I know about that.

If it's a great cigar, Anejo, I will smoke until it hurts.
