That's probably a dried up loogie. One of the rollers at the factory was havin' a manic Monday and decided to just hock one out and use it as a glue for the wrapper.

What's going on with Padilla these days? So much bad press. They used to have one of *the* best lines out there with the old school Maduro, Habano, Hybrid, and the additions of the 8&11, 32 Signature, 48, 68.

Pepin's over saturated like Ben Stiller anyhoo and Pepin was one of the best almost-knowns directly before the partnership, ready to emerge big IMHO) Thrown under the bus by Holts, the second release of the OneTimeOnly Obsidian (that I believe is close to the same blend as the first but the ligero wrappers are clearly inferior in that they need 6-12 months in my experience to be smokable)...
