Re: ISOM question

Obviously they are rare to find but in your opinion what are the chances of coming across some outside of the US and at what price points do you think for the real deal?

Re: ISOM question

For the right $$$$$$$ anything is still available. Sublimes are not cheap so don't get sticker shock.

A CohSubs is an example of an ISOM.

There are a few sources that still carry Sublimes....they are very expensive.

Re: ISOM question

Thanks for the info...anyone have a good source to help one distinguish between real and fake CCs? I would hate to get duped with such an investment.

If you are patient enough and hang around a little bit, you have found no better resource than CS.

Re: ISOM question

Take it easy now..... he asked for sources to help educate him with identification.

Try. www.vitolas.net There is a good section on fake habanos and things to look for. Cigar Aficianado has an article regarding some band identification.

But really, what I would be looking for are Authorized Retailers for Habanos in the Areas you're travelling. The Habanos S.A. website should help you with that.

Not defending anyone, but sometimes its just the newness factor, like a 5 year old who runs out into the street with no idea of the danger (or how mad his/her parents would get).

I often think back to my first few weeks here and how oblivious I was of things that I now take for granted even after I read a lot of the rules.

He will find out the error of his ways via 50 PMs I'm sure.....

Welcome to CS bud.
