TNT JDN Alt Sorta Review

I got the Robusto Grande and have smoked enough JDN antanos to have a basis for comparision. The construction on this cigar was very good comparable to the real thing. The burn was a little uneven at the start and straightened up by itself. The smell of the wrapper didnt seem to me to have as much of the chocolaty note as the jdn. The flavor of the cigar was not as spicy or quite as rounded as the jdn alt and didnt have as much of the chocolaty tang. It also seemed to pack less nicotene punch. This cigar was not bitter at all.
This is imo a very good value, especially at $32/25. It really is reminiscent of the jdn antano, has very good flavor, think jdn antano with the volume turned down a notch. I can easily see myself buying these again.

BTW, this review is OTT, got them this aft and smoked one right away.

Good review. I've gone through a few bundles of the coronas and they've become one of my staples. Pretty good stick for the money. cheers
