Complicated plot!

(Mods - I hope this is in the right section)

So an idea was born in chat - how to bomb a fellow BOTL when he is in Vegas on vacation...after discussion of options - and knowing the itinerary, it was decided that we get him a gift certificate for Casa Fuente, and he can pick out a few cigars, and also have some time with the wife, (They have a bar/patio) No problem - 1 quick phone call, a credit card, ...and uh oh - a problem - CF does not take phone orders, or provide gift certificates over the phone.

Some more discussion in chat (Chat PM's) and through some of our chat friends, we are pointed to Jason Sameulson, who is the Director of Purchasing for Freyboy Tobacco in Vegas. (www.cigarbox.com)

I called Jason, and he checked with his contacts at CF, and confirmed that there was nothing they could do about the policy (they are related to CF) but he would do whatever he could to help us out - and he had indeed heard of Club Stogie.
After discussions Jason not only took care of the Gift Certificate for us, but he delivered it to the 1st of the 2 hotels this BOTL was staying at (which was NOT convenient for him)! Also knowing that we were worried that the brother did not have internet access while on vacation (who ever heard of THAT??), and we had no way to confirm receipt, Jason also called to follow up and let me know that our dear brother was not only able to used the unexpected incendiary device, but that he had run into a fellow Canadian also enjoying the store. The 2 sat with others for a few hours, enjoyed the comraderie, and best of all - were convinced NOT to sing Oh Canada!

I can't thank Jason Sameulson at Freyboy Tabacco enough for helping us to pound on a fellow BOTL when he least expected it! Jason is a 1ST Class Brother!!!

Re: Complicated plot!

This plot reads like a great novel. Great work on everyone's part. I can't wait to read how the unsuspecting BOTL shares his story.

Thanks again Jason and Freyboy Tobacco for the overly complicated, but essentially simple (thanks to you) plot. They are top notch for helping get a little bombing action on a Polarbear out of his element.

So cool I make air conditioned wind, with subtle hints of aged Stranahans Colorado Whiskey and Murphy's Stout.
