An Opus X Robusto put my d*ck in the dirt a while back. Left me sweatin' on the couch, head spinnin', wonderin' what the heck they put in that thing.

Gawd, I love those things!

The first Opus X I had made me lie down, too.

Re: I got my A$$ kicked tonight.

My worst was at a cigar night at the B&M, over the course of 4 hours I smoked 2 Camacho Trip Mad 60/6 and had a couple of Glenlivet's. Let me tell you, that will do it, even if you do eat!

I had my first God of Fire, it killed me, but I stuck it all the way through, then had to lay on a raft in the pool...

Re: I got my A$$ kicked tonight.

I've smoked a shitload of Don Carlos, but never tried the Edicion de Anivarsario.
I actually just learned about them a few weeks ago. I'm going to have to get to hunting them up. I'd like to see if it kicks my ass.

Re: I got my A$$ kicked tonight.

My brother, an athlete, not a smoker, asked me for a stogie years back in Vegas. I cannot remember what it was but it was big, double corona. Anyway, I wonder off and come back maybe 1 hour later and he has sucked through the entire thing and is sitting there in the keeno lounge looking like he is about to fall off his chair... heh.. lets say he has smoked one stogie his entire life.

I had my first God Of Fire this last weekend, and while I didn't find it to be very strong, It as SOOOOO flavorful, I almost felt like I was high Even the guys I was herfing with told me that I looked high. It was just SUCH a good cigar. I've never been so relaxed and impressed with a cigar in my life. MUST FIND MORE!

I love these things. I've only had one so far but have one more in the humi. If the second one goes as well as the first I will have to get a box. Did get a nice buzz but no other ill effects.

Re: I got my A$$ kicked tonight.

GoF's are very tasty. You should try the Don Carlos Ed Anni's. They are even MORE tasty. They are even MORE money too. I think they are like $1100.00 a box. Something like that. I've smoked 1 and have 2 left. I need more.

A Camacho Corojo did me like that on an empty gut. Oh I wanted to die.

Actually, after my first few draws, I had to head inside to grab some Cognac I was going to pair it with, I was greeted by my father and mother going "Kyle are you high? Your eyes are blood red", my dad who is also a cigar lover I just told him it was the God of Fire, he laughed. Such a perfect name for the cigar. I hunted down 5 more, am letting them sit for a few months.

"80th" cigars usually get me....

First time it was an Avo 80th....

...most recently, a Padron 80th Maduro.

Re: I got my A$$ kicked tonight.

A JFR 6x60 was the one that did it for me in May of this year. I had only been smoking for about a month or so. I must have smoked about half. I thought I was going to die.

I learned my lesson the hard way.
