I have started my nephew smoking cigars by giving him a CAO Moontrance cigar. He now buys them on a regular basis. While flavored cigars are not my thing, the better ones at least, tend to smell decent. Truth told, I actually like the CAO flavored cigars better than their regular lines. (I better duck and run away with from statement).

My very first cigars were Wolf Bros. Rum-soaked Crookettes. Smoked the heck out of them until a friend of mine, a tobacconist, took them away from me and made me smoke an Excalibur. That was back in, oh, I dunno, 1992 or so, I think. I never looked back.
Oh, true, by way of experimentation, I have tried several Lars Tetens and one (shudder) Acid Kuba Kuba. Never again. And I'm not smiling.

Ive smoked swishers and black and mild and my wife got me a coa that had a vanilla taste to it for fathers day this year. not into them really. a buddy of mine smokes shishers and has for a few years i started giving him a stick of whatever i brought with me when we got together. after about 4 months i don't need to offer he asks what i brought with me. cant wait for him to offer me something other than a swisher sweet.

I started with Marsh Wheelings in college. I've never tried a flavored cigar, but if someone enjoys them, more power to them. Smoke what you enjoy.
