I dont know if this is the right Section for this, but Dave just did something extremely nice for me, and I wanted to share it with all the members here, and publicly thank him.

I received my package of beads from Dave today, and noticed there was one extra tube than I paid for. I sent Dave this email:

Hey David,

Received the beads today.

I received though two full tubes, each 2oz, and when I
check the invoice, it said I was billed for 2 tubes,
and I ordered 2 tubes. I went back and checked my
****** invoice, and only sent you money for one.

I didnt think I had ordered two pairs, unless it
happened by accident. But I paid exactly what ******
had me pay, $19.xx.

Please let me know how you would like to remedy this,
as I dont want to cheat you out of money or product.

Well that is my mistake obviously I packed too many.
That is the amazing thing about 99% of the folks I have as customers,
the
honesty is amazing.

Consider the extra tube a Christmas present so enjoy, put it to use
yourself
or give it to someone you know.

Just recently started doing business with Dave (another side of the slope here). Placed a bead order, and attached a little blurp about finding his business through the CS forum. I was amazed that he replied to my comment with a nice little thank you, and complimentary remarks towards the Jungle. The personal touches are what keeps costumers coming back, and I'm already planning my next order.

Davids a peach, Anita's cigar buying binge since(like an idiot) I got her started smoking cigars has opted me to have to purchase more beads in the near future to combat this overindulgence with another cooler. So I'll be contacting said peach soon..

David also did a similiar guesture on an order I made a few months back. That's why I will continue doing business with him. It's hard to find good customer service these days, and he's one of the best! Congrats on the beads, you'll love them.

I couldn't be more happy with the service that David provides. Also, as an aside, do you have plans for those beads, or would you maybe consider a trade for some NCs? Just a thought, as I now have three humis, and am using two sticks of beads in just one of them.

Dave is top notch in my book. Customer service from him is like no other and he has all my business for humidification products. Hell I may even buy a lighter from the guy

Thanks for posting this. I recently received my order of beads from Dave and it was a routine good transaction, so I really had no particular comment to make. Given your experience, I'm sure that many other BOTL's will shop with Heartfelt because of it. Not only is Dave great to deal with but the beads work great too.
