It would be sort of hard to scan it as it's oversize, and it would take some time to type in all the names and ratings, although someone might want to do it if they have enough free time...however, it is readily available in the CA issue that has Antonio Banderas on the cover and most cigar shops should still have that issue...

Probably the cold infusion tea thing. Or the nefasto. Or both

Re: Does anyone have the top 50 of 05 list from CA?

My wife bought me a copy as part of my christmas gifts. Although I agree with carbonbased_al and many others here about their reviews (basically they make my brain hurt too), I do frequently buy the mag becuase it's the only cigar mag available here. I don't mind reading some of their other articles and it does its best to try and keep me informed of what going on in the world of cigars.

The top 50 list in my own opinion is not a true reflection of the top 50 cigars but more top X number from various countries. Cuba was represented by 17 cigars, Dom Rep was represented by 13, Hon was represented by 5, Nic was represented by 12 the US by 2 and the Bahamas by 1.

So ys to that end the CAO L'Ann CAmeroon Robusto was 2nd... out of 12 cigars from Nicaragua, not out of 50 cigars from around the world!!

Re: Does anyone have the top 50 of 05 list from CA?

I just happen to have it here in my office.

The CAO was the #2 rated in the Nicaragua section. It came in at a 92.

Personally, I've had that cigar and I was not that impressed with it. They flavors they managed to find certainly escaped my pallet. To me it's an OK smoke, not great, but OK. I think there are better Cammie's out there than this one for the price. The one thing I admire about CAO's is their ability to produce consistency in their lines. That's amazing to me from a hand made product.

Man, you guys are rough! One can be a snob in either direction. I like the mag. Sure, their reviews are a little goofy, and I certainly don't agree with all of them. But if you read some of our reviews here, they are a little goofy at times too. They are subjective opinions after all. To someone that doesn't' like cigars, all sticks taste like

But I think we all can agree that one should not buy or try a Cremosa!

Very true - reviews are definitely subjective and should only be taken so far. I read them to get a general idea of particular smokes, but the real and only true test is when I get to try one for myself!

I'll scan it in, give me a sec to plug in my scanner and fire it up.
