They are a great under $5 stick. I always have a few in my humi. Probably one of my favorite bang for the buck sticks.

I didn't really care for the Lot 23, but then again I wasn't impressed by any of the Perdomos I have smoked. I say give them a try and see what you think.

i've had both the natural and maduros in the churchill size and while the construction is excellent, they've tasted very dry to me. papery, bland...

Re: Perdomo Lot 23

I haven't had a perdoma yet that I have enjoyed and I have suffered through several samples. I have a sense that if I let them age a year they will probably come around but buying cheaper sticks to age seems silly.

I felt the same way about the Lot 23s and a few other Perdomos I had. Bought 5ers & 10ers, smoked some, let the rest of them sit for a few mons.

And, I like them now

Like children, they need rest and they will be better

Re: Perdomo Lot 23

I have had mine for 6 months. I prefer all my cigars to be smokeable after they have rested for a month but they better be ready at 6 months for sure. I went through the perdoma samples again last night and found I had a lot 23. I couldn't finish it. It was not as bitter as the others I have tried but not much better.

Thumbs up Re: Perdomo Lot 23

I'm sort of hooked on the Lot 23's (natural) at the moment. The taste isn't over-powering and can seem somewhat uneventful to others. I've given some to two friends and one thought it was nothing special and the other loved it.

They are worth a try in my book. I'm trying to resist ordering up some of the maduro's since I've got so many naturals.

Re: Perdomo Lot 23

Bought some of these in the spring and didn't care for it much. Just tried another one today and I must say the months have really improved them. Really enjoyed the one I had today. It was the maduro version btw.
