This is actually a bit of a relief! I thought some of my smokes were maybe not exactly what I thought they were!

Like the masses I want nothing from the guys who did nothing wrong but will demand that the company who made the incorrect item either:

Make it correct, free of charge

OR

Refund all the money you paid them.

You can then take my share of that money and deposit it into your shipping and handling fund for the troops
