Good construction and a good cigar right out of the box.

I would consider a larger cigar, they don't get hot like the smaller ones and will maintain their flavor. Most people don't smoke them to the end anyway.

Went with a box of Rocky Patel Signature Series, a fairly mild cigar that I enjoy especially in the morning. Shipping was free because I bought the Joe Cigar deal from C.I yesterday ( Perdomo Lot#23).
I'll smoke one on arrival & if it's too moist I'll put together a selection of cigars from my humi & put the RP's away for smoking down the line.. I've got some dog rockets to give away to the jerks from my class
I'll bring some better cigars for people who will truly enjoy them.

Ding ding ding! This would only be for the OP as this cigar would make most newbie smokers probably gag. It is delicious and worth it but it's definitely not for everybody.
