Re: slope much?

Are those the new Macanudo 1968's? And some Montecristo Media Noche? I'd be interested to hear your thoughts on those. (And in buying maybe 3-5 of the Monte's if you wanna sell).

Ugh....me too! Here's what I'm leaning towards over a Vinotemp right now (a fellow BOTL on here pointed it out on another thread but others mentioned it doesn't actually hold 300): http://www.cheaphumidors.com/Merchan...oduct_Count=11

You've got a nice collection of sticks there!

I would go with the vinotemp b/c it will hold much more and it has temperature control. My next humi will definitely have temp. control.

Re: slope much?

the montecristo media noches are really good, those are some of my favorite cigars. as for the macanudo 1968's, i have not tryed them yet, but one of my buddies had one. he doesn't like mild cigars so hes not a huge fan of macanudo, but he said that those 1968's had good flavor and they gave him a pretty good buzz.

One day you will look back at this post and laugh, because you will realize he was right.

Give it time you will see. I've only been here 7 months and what I originally thought was the slope was a little bump on the top of the hill.

Now I'm free fallin

I have been smoking cigars for 7 years. Just because someone doesn't have 3 coolers packed to the brim with cigars doesn't mean they are not on their own slope. It is a little close-minded to think that every slope is the same and that everyone will behave the same way you do.

Why are you trying to create controversy where there is none. Nobody said anything about his slope in a bad light. He has a great collection.

In this hobby you go down more than one slope. It seems that the next slope always seem to be more steep than the last.

Well I think all can agree there IS a slope and if he is thinking of picking up a 3rd humi he is headed down it. Enjoy YOUR slope

There is always another slope to be thrown down. Once you get through one, the natural progression is to find another.
