Yep, good cigar, but the wrapper is Ecuador Sumatra...I think they do observe a moment of silence for the Corojo.

I like them both, and agree they are both flavorful.
The Camacho is a much fuller bodied cigar, though.

I used to be a nothing but maduro guy as well. I'd definitely suggest delving into the corojo as well. I did and its given me a ton of new smokes I love. Pepins are probably the first thing I'd look into outside of maduros. I also second the camacho corojo. RP OWR Corojos are good too.

I agree, the Camancho is a fuller bodied smoke where as the Perdomo is a bit "lighter" or mure subtle. But I love them both! Amazing how much the same but different they are.

I like most all corojo cigars, for the taste if not the kick. I'm afraid the popularity of corojo will be it's ruin as more cigar manufacturors jump on the "corojo" band wagon.

Not sure if Tatuaje Havana6 are officially "corojo", but the wrappers are very red, and the cigars are great!

I'll second this. Both are great smokes. For me, the Perdomo is a little spicier, but they are both pretty tasty.

Indian Tabac has a corojo wrapper not bad, nor too expensive.
I picked up two of these today at the B&M. I'm largely a maduro guy as well but I like a good corojo, and I am becoming quite fond of Cameroons (the H. Upmann Vintage Cameroon is quickly becoming a go-to smoke for me).

That's the cigar that started me down my slope. Still love them and very affordable.

I always wondered if the name "Fire" had anything to do with a method of speeding up the fermentation process of a maduro wrapper by cooking it. Actually, the Fire wasn't a bad cigar a few years ago...I have no idea what they may be like now, so cannot vouch for them one way or another.

I've also wondered if Helman's Mayo took the "Spin Blend" off the label because it might point to a method of whipping air into the product called sparging. This is totally unrelated to cigars of course & is meaningless dribble that sometimes leaks from my cracked noggin (you gotta crack a few eggs to make mayo ).

God help me. I'm starting to sound like a cross between Klugsie & MCS. In my defense, I just consumed an entire Hawaiian pizza by myself.
