Ugly cab and Opus Pr0n - NO poop pics!

Ok guys : The cab first, it's not really that bad but not nice either. The hasps were an afterthought because the door is so heavy. The whole thing is made of solid 3/4" red oak satined w/ red mahogany and polyd w/ 6 coats. 60" high 30 wide 14 deep. My FIL supervised but me son insisted on doing everything. It stands vertical but I had to rotate the pics to fit. The 3rd pic is a shot of the bottom half.

Misc. single Opus 22 coffins/sticks. I keep the sealed sets in the twins. Once they get opened the remaining ones will go here. I try to have no more than 3 open sets at one time

Bottom and 2nd shelf w/ misc. Opened Opus boxes. You can see the not so nice cuts on the spanish cedar.

Couple of opened shark boxes


Once the Opus 22 sets get cracked the coffins get set aside and I'm using the master boxes as boxes for all the random Opus that didn't come in sealed boxes. I can fit about 200 Opus singles in each master box.

And the big one... MMMMMMMmmmmmmm! 11 year old opus!! I'll have to take pics of the sealed 22 sets and sealed boxes when I get a chance...

No those are just Anejo sharks. I have about 40 Opus sharks though betwen the opened and sealed Opus 22 sets.

my bad, should have been clearer. I didn't mean the boxes, but the opus in the second pic with no cedar and a band around the foot

That is one hell of an Opus collection. I think that cabinet is pretty cool. It may not be the nicest cabinet on the market, but since your son made it, it should hold a special place in your heart.

Thanks! It's ugly but it almost brought me to tears when he surprised me with his "secret summer project". It actually seals great and hold RH like a champ! He is hell bent on becoming an Astronaut and he told me he wants to keep the traditional mission end smokes in it so we can smoke together when his missions end each time.
