50 States Pass plea for help

I am posting this plea for help here hoping that I can reach some members who may not frequent the cigars on the move section. Back in May I started a box pass with the intention to pass it to every state in the union. All the cigars left over from the pass are going directly to the troops. There is also a requirement that every person in the pass contribute 1 cigar that has not already been donated to a separate bag in the pass. That bag of cigars along with a 50 count humidor (donated by rob at Taboo) will be raffled/auctioned off to support the troops supporters. There is also a journal in the pass that will go with the humidor. We have reached a point where we are starting to run out of people to fill the states.

Below is a list of the completed states and states that still need filled.

The states colored Yellow are complete

The states in Blue are signed up for



The states in Grey are in need of sponsorship.

They are:

Alaska, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii (pending), Idaho, Iowa
Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota
Oklahoma, South Dakota, West Virginia, Wyoming

So far there has been overwhelming contributions to both parts of the pass and both the winner of the humidor and the troops are going to get some awesome cigars.

If we cannot find enough people from the proper states I am also going to start accepting "adopted" brothers and sisters to take the remaining states. If you have not participated already but would like to adopt a state please let me know. To keep it from being a free for all I just ask that you have some ties to the state you wish to adopt. Perhaps you grew up there, your parents still live there or have child living in that state.

Requirements to join the pass are basically:
3 positive iTrader ratings
Once the package is received, you have 3 business days to mail it back out
You must post the shipped date & USPS delivery confirmation number for all to see
You must contribute 1 cigar to the donation bag along with normal "puts & takes"
Please PM me with any questions, no mater how trivial you may think they are. I really want to get this complete in time for the holidays so we can get these all shipped out in time to make someones holiday a little brighter.

Saturday morning bump.

I have also had a few questions about the donation cigar. As we near the end I know its getting harder to find a cigar to add that someone has not already added so If you have a cigar you want to add that someone has already added but its a different size, that will be allowed from now on.

If it falls through I will take one of you up on the offer.

Thanks George, lets see what happens, I may take you up on that. You have already donated and I would like to see if we can do it with 50 different people. Hope that doesn't sound ungrateful, since I may call in the marker towards the end if needed. As it works its way back to the east if we still need it your the man
