I Cigar Review Database I noticed that Partagas LR Decadas Cigars are described as:

I received info from the Partagas brand manager that they are not the same cigars, they are a totally new blend using 10 year old cameroon wrapper.

I'm sure this is listed somewhere and I have overlooked it, but where do the Brand Overview statements come from in the Cigar Review Database?
