Re: Problem

I open my tupador all the time... The cigars are just going to have to learn to deal with it!

I plead GUILTY as well... I'm with Shakespeare & Drevim... My main humi is in my office, and when my work pace slows down, I open it, take a snort, and it rejuvenates me!

Re: Problem

Now that I have a Coolerdor, I am constantly openning it to check the humidity because I want my stogais in that 65-70% sone. I will probably pick up a wireless hygrometer. I also ordered some Heartfelts.

THat is a point about the Glass top. M<aybe I will get one just for that reason!!!

No problem for me since I purchased my glass top! I do find myself checking the temp and humidity a dozen times or more per day though.

Re: Problem

I gotta say that I'm guilty as well. I'm always all over the glasstop checking on the temp and rH, but I'll open it every once in awhile for a sniff of that cedar/tobacco aroma. My other humidor isn't a glass top but that's where I keep my lower end cigars so I'll check the rH on it every day or every other day. I love my glasstop though.

Re: Problem

Guilty, guilty, guilty.....I only have a cheapy from Thompsons and cannot resist opening it up and checking the humidity, playing with the cigars, taking in the smell.......ahhh.
Wish I were home now so I could check it.
