I have a cooler and it has worked out great for me. I would highly recommend finding an oust fan, because they really help to get some air circulation in there. Also for humidity I'm just using floral foam and propylene glycol solution and it works great and is super cheap. I just use boxes in mine and keep my sticks in the boxes and have had no problems at all. A lot of shops will give you boxes or sell them really cheap if you need some, or you can always just stock up with boxes of your favorites. Good luck!
