For not knowing my way around I was pretty happy at the Tinderbox located at:

4991 S Virginia St # A, Reno - (775) 826-2680.......just a few blocks south of the Atlantis.

+1 on FUMARE. Friendly athmosphere and the lad that took care of us was VERY knowledgeable. Snagged some great smokes there and the prices seemed to be reasonable as well.

Fumare has a nice smoke lounge and Illusions!
real good coffee too.
Check out Cassillas at 1200 N. Rock in Sparks.
He rolls his sticks right there and will invite you to watch.
He has let me roll a few myself, ask him.
