I had the DCM Pyramid and really enjoyed it as well. I've also had a DC #6 Robusto and while it was certainly more mild than the Maximus, it still had very good flavor. I normally don't like more mild cigars and this one was very nice. I agree you should try at least one of each.

All this talking about pricey smokes got me excited. I had to got to town today ,so I swung by Duke City and picked up a 1926 PAN and a couple of others.

I find DCM and maduro hemmingways to be the best cigars in the Fuente lineup. I can get Opus locally at near-retail, but much prefer DCM.

Ditto to what Larry says
I love the #7 maduro DC. While mild , it is very flavorful, and a great change of pace from some of the stronger sticks. I have had the DCM in a churchill size, and while a good smoke, pricey.

OK, so now I am intrigued. I've avoided this stick simply because I never heard to much about it and that combined with the cost I just went other routes. So my question to those who say it is comparable to an Opus, do these need age like an Opus or are they fairly decent fresh? I Look forward to your input.

They sure are worth the money. Check out this review.

Nothing I've had DC is comparable flavorwise. Quality/ construction wise yes but flavor no.

Diamond Crown #5 is my favorite.

I could never get into the Maximus.
