I use whatever I have on hand. If I break it down, it would be something like this:
Torch - 90%
Disposable (bic) - 9%
Matches - 1%

If it's an expensive cigar that I want to savor, then a stick of cedar or matches is my preferred lighting method. For most of the time however, my Colibri Retro suits me just darn fine.

Whichever one is closest to my reach from where I'm sitting.

Our two arguments that I have with my friends revolve around this:

1. torch lighter - fast and easy and better able to get a more even light across the foot

2. matches - argument here being using a torch can adversely affect flavor and matches are always ideal for cigars

What you do you guys think?
does it mater, I ues anything i can to light one up. The only thing I dont ues is a candle because of the wax, or strips of sapy wood (ex. pine).

I like my torch. nice long hot flame so i can just "toast" the end before puffing away . nice and even burn that way for me.
