Cigars For The Troops Thread...Exiled
Why the move, i.e. moved as a sticky at the top of the General Cigar Discussion Forum to the Charitable area of the forum. Solicited a lot of attention plus a solid following in it's previous location.
Guess this is one of the wonderful changes that has graced Club Stogie.  |

Hey John. I moved it when we were cleaning up the Stickys. It made sense to move it to me because it was a Charitable Function. I notified the thread owner. Please PM me if you have more concerns. I'm happy to discuss with you.
The people that follow the thread can still follow the thread. Unless they unsubscribe, they'll still get notices of new posts. New people coming into the forum may not find it as easily as before, but if they have any sense for charity, they should see the Great effort in it's new home. Just my thoughts.

I understand both points of view. Maybe make a special section just for troop support efforts so it's easier to find from the main page?
