Time to find a B&M with a lounge or join one of those lounges that charges a monthly fee.

I feel your pain. Here in New Orleans, the summers are miserable too. 105 degrees and 80% humidity! I walk from my apartment to my car and I already need another shower. However, the winters here are great. This week the high is around 70 with nights in the upper 50s. Winter is definately the outdoor smoking season here! In most places ya gotta take the good with the bad.

Another tri-state area gorilla here. I wanted to head outside with a beer and a cigar last night but it was super windy and in the 30s. At least the beer was still good.

Sorry to see all that white stuff already, it does seem to come earlier and earlier every year doesn't it.

I am relegated to smoking in my garden shed once the snow comes, but so far it has been a real nice fall. I hope the snow stays away for at least another month.

Blankets and gloves become your best friend when you smoke outside all winter long.

Same here in FL. Even at night in the summer months (May - Sept.) between the heat, humidity and bugs it's almost impossible to sit outside and enjoy a smoke. But now perfect cigar smoking weather!!

Enjoying a R y J Habano 1875 Reseve Belicose out on my dock. Temp at 6 pm is 68* with low humidity and a light westerly breeze as the sun sets over the St. Johns River. Just perfect!!

Re: Why it sucks to be an outdoor smoker.

Living on Long Island I was just contemplating going out for a smoke now. I was at H.D. the other night pricing a propane heater for the back patio, to give winter smoking a chance. If all else fails there are a few B&M's near me I can go sit in and maybe meet a few more BOTL's. How far are you from iceface? I love the snow in the mounts. Time for my other favorite hobby, SNOWBOARDING!
