Tonight's smoke: Legends Series White Label (Comacho)
I won a box of these on CBid for about half retail price (retail is around $60 on Cigars International). My first impression was that the cigar smoked well, although perhaps the flavor was a tad bitter. Very similar actually to the Comacho Havana Churchill that I smoked last week.
It was complimented very well by a glass of 15-year old single malt that my wife gave me for Christmas. Have any of you tried the other Legends series cigars? Seems like they all sell on CBid for a little over $30, which tells me that they are overpriced (perhaps intentionally?) at MSRP. How do the others in the line stack up? I rather like the red labels...Perdomo. Even burn with a nice draw. Its not perfect but for $3 a stick, you really do get a decent cigar.

Re: Tonight's smoke: Legends Series White Label (Comacho)
I've liked most of the ones I have had, except the red label
but then I never been much of a perdomo fan, and probably will give them another shot at some point. For the price they are solid smokes, that won't knock your socks off generally, but will be a good smoking experience.plus with Graycliff making one now, its without a doubt the cheapest graycliff ya can get lol Paul

Re: Tonight's smoke: Legends Series White Label (Comacho)
I bought a box of greens from cbid a couple of months back. They're the Puros Indios version. They are fairly mild and not terribly flavorful. In fact I ordered a 5er of the whites jjust to compare. There was definately a difference.
I would consider the green label an average cigar. I smoke them at work and in the yard. Wouldn't be a bad golfcourse cigar either. Hope you enjoy them. The're like pokemon, gotta get em all. |

Whites and Reds are the ones I like. Can get them for about $30 a box on C-Bid. So they are great for $1.50 a stick. THe blue label is the most mild but still a very good cigar. I like the green the least. There is the new Graycliffs and Rocky Patels that I have yet to try. I gotta get me some of them soon.
