Kudos to Mike at Leaf and Ale
I ordered a 5'er of the new Cruzado cigars on Tuesday evening. There ended up being a problem with the address I gave for shipping via USPS. Mike sent me an email Wed morning explaining the address situation asking to contact him about the situation. The email was great, but the most important part was he gave me his cell phone number to contact him on. I did, the smokes went out Thursday and arrived Sat morning.
I have to say I truly appreciate what he did and will include Leaf and Ale when looking to make other purchases. Again thanks Mike!!!!! |
