i was bs'in with the owner at local b&m yesterday. he told me he'd bet his last smoke that the Ashton VSG & San cristobal, are the same blend...

I have smoked plenty of the VSG but not the San Cristobal. Either way, I'd like to see who thinks there is merit to this rumor.

I do not think its the same blend.

As far as I know the VSG is done with help of Fuente and the SC id done with help from Pepin.

Now in my newb opinion the VSG is a lil more smoother and the SC is more of a fuller stick. (I am an Aston Whore and I am working through it.....slowly..LOL)


again this is what I belive to be true and I have been wrong before....alot....

Different manufacturers, different blends. Blends are usually a tightly held secret. They taste totally different, to me. If any Fuente blends even resembled the Pepin blends, I would probably like them.
