Sticks and Thanksgiving

You know, cigars have been referred to as " sticks " for as long as I can remember, but I never refer my cigars to that " name ". I enjoy the word Cigar as much as I enjoy smoking them and to me, calling them anything but cigars is almost blaspheme!!! LOL
But that's OK, I have no problem with nicknames or other reference name to my beloved cigars. Just know this, you will never see my posts with the word "stick" in it used in that context. LOL
However you all wish to name your smokes, I say go for it and enjoy. I need to get me a Mantuary tho. The wood pile isn't cutting it. Although I do have a chair, a light, a boom box, and a canvas roof! LOL
This time of year it's a Might chilly, but it's not bad sitting by a fire with food, friends, drink, and of course cigars. Totally rustic but fun to say the least. Happy Thanksgiving everyone!!!!

If you've got a wood pile, a chair, a light, a boom box, and a canvas roof it sounds to me like you've got everything you need for a good Mantuary! I know I'll be enjoying a few Rocky Patel's this Thanksgiving in mine.

Re: Sticks and Thanksgiving

Man, a nice, crisp Autumn evening around a fire pit with good friends, some adult beverages and some good cigars, it just doesn't get a whole lot better than that. Truly, something to be thankful for.

A walk around the block with my brother in law & a cousin who came down from the deserts of California (Moreno Valley), whom I hadn't seen since 1978 and a 3yo Bolivar Royal Corona. A beautiful family Thanksgiving. Peace and Love to all.
