It would make no sense for a great company to pull a cigar that is so well liked/reviewed and in demand. At our last herf of 15 people, 10 were all smoking 601s at the same time and no one did a split. It was just a coincidence.

[SIZE=3]Since we're talking about the 601's. I had been very interested in trying out the 601 Red. One of the three B&M's here in the Valencia area carries the line, but I refuse to pay the outrageous price that this shop is charging.

Researching for B&M's out of my area, I located a shop in Granada Hills and traveled there. I indicated to the owner that the EO website stated you carried the 601's. He stated that he used to carry the 601's, but dropped the line due to a change in blend from the original blend when they were first rolled-out to the public.

Question: has the blend on the 601's (or red label) changed since their arrival to the public?

Thanks Eddie for clearing this up... as a 601 Green Trabuco, smoker....I have about 75 cooling in the 601 humidor.... I was about to stock up even more.....Don't ever stop making these....if you do let us know, I want a truck load.....Regards, Larry

I've only had the Blue robustos, and one toro, and they're awesome smokes. They're just a little too expensive for me to smoke on a regular basis. At retail, I can only buy a couple at a time. Sure are good smokes, though. A box-pressed maduro? Sign me up, Baby!
