I suppose it depends on the cigar. There are some pretty barfy Nic. Puros out there but it does seem like the cigars I get the most excited about are all Nicaraguan. However they also happen to all be Pepin's too, so who knows?

I will say that lately I've been enjoying some really good Dominican smokes though. soooo smooth

Tons of great Nicuraguans out there, at every price point. I have to say they are my favorite. However...

I have yet to have one as good as an AMAZING dominican. Nine times out of ten i'm a Nicuraguan guy, i don't even like most premium dominicans, but when I want an EXPERIENCE a TOP SHELF cigar and money is no object (but I cant get cubans) I grab a dominican. Stuff like LFD, Fuentes, etc are some of the best smokes out there, and do it dominican.

If I had to choose only one, it would be Nicaraguan, especially if I could still get my beloved Opus-X under the table!

I think I need to try a few Benchmarks as well, do I sense a box split happening on these???
