Spots on cigars

What are those little white spots on cigars? Ive noticed it multiple times on cigars i have received from C-Bid and I just got a cigar as a gift and it also has them. I can't post pictures, but they are very small little white specs on the cigar wrapper. Is this mold? Can I still smoke it?

Thanks.

"stained" you say....Those MUST be cigar measles...lucky for you, I am immune, and can take them off your hands.

White spots are water spots. Droplets of water are on the leaf and the sun get magnified through the droplet and changes the color of the leaf to a whiteish spot. Nothing to worry about.

I've had more than a few with those spots on them. Taste just as good as the others
