Tongue scraping every time you brush is a good thing. Besides smoking, it's great for minimizing morning dragon breath, which is great if you can get a quickie in before getting up in the morning.

My teeth have started "yellowing" from all the smoking. Somehow a toothbrush, while helpful, just won't get all the nicotine staining out.
Been thinking of going in to get my teeth whitened. Just may do that. BTW, doesn't this thread belong in the "Everything but Cigars" lounge?
