I'm in the same "boat" as you. What I have tried and liked is CI's "Brown bag sampler" 10 cigars = $20. Have gotten it twice, both times I got great smokes of all types.

I love this Anniversary sampler from Cigar.com They also have it in a 10 pack without the humidor for $50. All of the smokes have been good to great.

We designed the 'Famous Flight Club' specifically for the guy/gal who has some idea about what he/she likes and how much he wants to spend but hasn't narrowed it down to a particular cigar...

In my opinion Holts has the best samplers, period:

Holt's Cigar Company

Cornucopia and "Full bodied fiesta" samplers in particular have a good mix of full bodied cigars.
