Famous Dominican 4000
I just smoked a Famous Dominican 4000. It was mild and smooth, but what I can only describe as "One Dimensional". It burned very evenly, construction was good, but it lacked a certain "pizazz" that I was hoping for.
The particular type I smoked was the Lonsdale size. It burned somewhat quickly and towards the end became bolder in flavor and developed an "earthy" flavor. Good Draw, decent amount of smoke. Overall a good cigar on a budget, but definitely not as good as some of the other "Famous" house brand smokes I've had. I really enjoyed the Famous Nicaraguan 3000's over these. For the price it was a decent smoke, but I would look elsewhere for an everyday smoke if you enjoy a bolder pallet.
