Boxes and bubblewrap. Box with beer wrapped in bubblewrap. Inside that place another smaller box with cigars and bubblewrap. I'd be happy to get the bubblewrap. It's such a stress reliever.

First , I would wrap each bottle individually in a thick layer of bubblewrap and then place in a ziplock bag - the bag is just in case the bottle cap loosens or the bottle breaks to contain the beer . The cigars should go in a ziplock bag that they fit into without much movement along with a water pillow to maintain RH , then wrap the bag in bubblewrap and then put the cigars in a small box to protect from being crushed by the weight of the beer . Put some packing peanuts in a box , place the beer in the box , add more packing peanuts , place the cigars in the box and then fill the rest of the box with packing peanuts . Lable the box "FRAGILE" , ship through your preferred method and you should be fine . Good luck .
