My Palio was replaced in about a week. My Xikar 008 punch took about 2 weeks to receive a replacement. I'm satisfied with both companies.

Re: Cutters

Went to the B&M yesterday to pick up some cheap guillotine cutters to give to some budding BOTL's, and they had some double-blade Craftsman's Bench for $3.50. All I can say is... HOLY MOLEY! This thing works great! I've only used it to cut three torpedoes so far, and to me they're the easiest cigars to cut, but if this works as well on parejos, which I suspect it probably will, I'm going to go back and buy a few more of them to throw in the drawer with my stash of Ronson JetLites.

Re: Cutters

I used to own a WOLF? (the L is backwards I think) double guillotine cutter and I loved the hell out of that thing. I bought it at a local B&M but have since lost it. I was wondering if anyone has heard of this brand and where I could find them as the B&M doesn't carry them anymore. I have a Xikar Xi2 or whatever it is, the plastic one and I don't really enjoying using it that much, as mistabman was saying.
