Haven't smoked much lately. I remember a Litto Gomez about a week ago that was outstanding.

I am working this weekend. I took a break and smoked a tasty Gispert robusto.

Last night it poured rain at about 9 PM. I took a B&M house brand robusto out to smoke, but the humidity was about 98% and after smoking about an inch of the cigar it had absorbed so much moisture that the wrapper split and unraveled. What a waste of a good cigar...

Tonight I had a very nice Por Larranaga Petite Corona. It's about a year old now, and they are mellowing out nicely. The signature caramel sweetness hasn't shown up yet. I'll give 'em another year or so.

Had an Oliva O Bold Churchill that had been resting in my humi for 2+ years, while sitting on the back porch watching "Vanishing Point" (the original). It was great! Gotta love those old musclecar movies where the big block provides the soundtrack & does the speaking for the main character.

OK, this was a nice cigar weekend.
I had two at the club on Friday night. I'm vainly trying to remember what the first one was. The second was an unbanded Habano that I had marked with an "I" It was at least 6¾ in. x 38 (approx.)

Last night was a Partagás Lonsdale which was amazing. It had that "twang" which I love, and that typical rich, earthy Partagás flavor.

My step-daughter is in town, so this morning I cooked some cinnamon rolls and made some coffee. It had not gotten too hot here yet and I took them out to the deck and fired up a nice mild Gispert robusto. Nice start to the day.
