If I can easily figure out how to copy it from my DTV DVR I will get everyone a copy. Not sure if that is possible to do yet.

I don't know how in the world I missed this thread...I've now got my DVR set to record, just in case.

Great looking out and thanks for sharing...looks like we've got a few folks who'll be able to take care of those who can't watch it for one reason or another.

Sweet Good looking out JAX I am still not sure if I have that channel. I am an idiot when it comes to these things. I dont watch a lot of TV so I am not real hip to all of my channels.

cant find any bit torrents of any of the man caves episodes so if anyone can transfer DVR to their computers and somehow get me the episode ill compress it to DivX and host it for those who want it.... Sooo can anyone do this?

Ace - I haven't the foggiest clue how to transfer it from my Direct TV box to the computer...The best I could do is copy it to a VHS (remember those?)

Here's my plan: My friend has a component dvd burner he can hook up to his cable box to record from the dvr. The only issue is he is re-doing his home theater right now so it may be next week until he gets the recorder hooked up again. After that I can make and send as many copies as we need. Anyone that wants a disc pm me and I'll let you know when it's ready to mail out.

From the last episode they do have short videos of the projects up on thier site, so it shold not be to hard to see this episode.

You can also install a TV tuner in your computer and record straight to an mpg file. Btw, this is all for informational purposes only. Recording for home playback is legal. Distributing someone else's copyrighted content is another story.
