We have a lot of shops here in the NYC area that are little one-room deals where the children of the Cuban expat's roll cigars. They are literally 2-3 man/woman places that buy tobacco from dealers and roll for local markets. they are all unbanded, and the quality is ok, but really nothing to shout about.
I would think that there should be something in the CT or FLA areas, but I haven't really found anything yet.

Island Smoke Shop in Islamorada Fla makes a couple tasty smokes

http://www.islandsmokeshop.com/

The EL Original is a good one, and the Santiago Cabana.

I take it you've never heard of Tatuaje or Padilla or La Gloria Cubana? All roll some very fine cigars in Miami's Calle Ocho district.

There's a bunch of shops in Ybor City (Tampa) that roll their own as well.

These are rolled in the US but not from US tobacco. Im curious if there are any that are totally made and grown in the US.

Don't think so unless it's all Connecticut tobacco.

To be fair...none of these would make one think it was rolled in the US by the name, and none of them use US grown tobacco as far as I recall so I'm not sure if they'd actually fit his question

As to the KY Gentleman's cigars...maybe just my experience, but
