A hole in the cloth (shade) allowed sun-light to reach the tobacco leaf, which allowed the "chlorophyll" process to take place.

I am not sure if this green spot can be "fixed" during fermantation process. But, it is a natural grown process, nothing artificial about it, I would not worry about "green spot" for a second.

On a side note, some Cuban cigars have green spots, which indicate they are genuine articles, at least that's what I read.
That makes lots of sense too. Again, just because the leaf is cut off, doesn't mean the chlorphyll just disappears.

I smoked another of my 5 Vegas Golds Sunday. They are ALL slightly green, I mean SLIGHTLY. I have had these for about a month now. They taste great, draw and burn well.

You will be able to tell the difference between MOLD and this green tint in the wrapper.

I'm sure it's just an unevenness in coloration that ocurred in the drying or fermentation process. Nothing to do with the humi. Just go ahead and smoke it and enjoy.
