Ghurka Cognac Infused Tubos

Have any of you fellows sampled the Ghurka Cognac Infused Tubos?

I was paging through some cigar catalogs and became intrigued with these cigars. Unfortunately, I have only seen them sold in conjunction with boxes of Ghurkas. Like if you buy a box, you get five free tubos.

While I am really digging my new interest of smoking fine cigars, I'm not really ready (financially or otherwise) to buy an entire box of Ghurkas. I'm still kind of in the "sampler stage" of cigar adoration.

Anybody got an extra Ghurka Cognac Infused Tubo cluttering up your humidor? Or do they just SUCK and I should "move on".

Any advice / opinion appreciated.

Never had them, but I'm betting if you cut back on the 4 packs of God of Fires then you could afford more boxes..

What price you getting those God of Fire's at anyway

Actually, I purchased the four-pack of GOF to split with my buddy that's been feeding me cigars all winter long. I must have smoked 50 of his cigars already.

Seemed like the least that I could do.

And I wanted some "special" cigars for our Canadian fishing trip coming up in September. The guy is like a brother to me, etc.

I used my 10% birthday discount from Thompson and paid $79.00 for the four sticks.

Thats not a bad price for 4 of those. Sounds like a cool deal. I still have one sitting in my humi, I might bust it out soon to see what the hype is all about.. I think mine is a 2005 Carlito

One of my very first Premium cigars. You can usually find them at a B&M. I have seen prices between $9-$13 each. They come in boxes (rather display case) of 30, so buying in bulk is NOT cheap.

Tasty, great burn and the churchill lasts me a hour or so. PM me your addy, I have a couple I can let go...
