My friends I have a serious question...
What are the laws regarding buying cigars online? Me and my bro are cigar freaks but not too many shops in my area. Our regular shop one day had an ATF agent visiting and had a list of names who orders online around here. Im not about to get in trouble with the law however c-bid.com needs my money and I want to give it to them and I want the freedom of getting from other online places. I live in arkansas and if you can help me i thank you.

Just put on some N.W.A. "Fu*k the police" and start buying. JK. I haven't seen too many laws myself but I'm still new to the scene.
I do have a buddy who got more than he bargained for trying to come back from Canada with illegal cubans. That obviously a little different.

Hey man calm down!! I was there and I seen the list only because the cigar shop owner was a good friend of mine and he is a good friend of the agent. The only thing I could get outa him was the reason for the alarm was because of different state tax laws. something about buying from a state and not paying your state taxes for that item. It might sound like a load but thats what I was told. Im all for buying smokes online and I just want to cover all bases.

Yeah so I come here asking for an answer and I get some schmuck who judges me because im new here yet all I see here is people treating me with kindness and respect except you. So as far as " up yours " is concerned, It looks like your the asshole with an "entrance only" sign right below your " Compensating for lack of balls so no reach arounds please!!" sign. I will not be coming back to this board.
