I go to the Mt. Airy Slot Casino in the Poconos about once a month. They do allow smoking in certain areas. These are very well ventilated areas (you can feel the updraft). And thank god they allow cigar smoking. However, I make sure I keep my cigar pointed to the sky, blow my smoke upwards.

Have some freaking courtesy, thats all.

But yet again, we are focused on smoking bans and gay marriage when we have MUCH greater problems facing this nation. We have our men/women fighting overseas and we are worried about a guy smoking a cigar in a park........

Our priorities as a nation better get adjusted real quick.

They won't... In fact, when we pullout of Iraq, we'll have more time & energy to focus on these socialism issues

If I am somewhere like a public park I will generally find a spot away from others to enjoy my pipe/cigar. That way others can steer clear of me if they wish to. I would not plop myself down on a bench near others and light up. Common courtesy.

On the other hand, I dearly wish I could enjoy a cigar at a baseball game...
+1 to the above.

My take on some of this is; most Americans have become spoiled brats who want everything THEIR way and nobody else matters. A lot of smokers want to smoke where ever they want to and the anti-smokers don't want any smoking anywhere.
There is no compromise because each group thinks that their opinion is the only one that matters IMO.
