Just a suggestion I don't know if you could get a nice humi and then have a good wood engraver to engrave a Pic on the humi, I will look around for a good wood engraver if anyone thinks that's a good idea. Im a little broke right now but will pitch in what I can

Just a thought here as well following along Robbies thought.....


We could get any humidor, place the picture nicely centered on top than secure it with some lilac (sp?). Or take a router and carve out a spot for the picture than place it down in the openning then lilac it....

Just thinking out loud. Would be more personal if we could pull something along these lines off. Maybe even add a plague with something along the lines of "In memory of Matt, from his BOTL's of Cigar Review"?

what about a glass top humi with his pic on the INSIDE of the glass...put something behind the pic to secure it... and have something nice engraved on it.

how big are they wanting to go? 150+ count or more like a 20 to put on the mantle?

Step 1. Obtain suitable Humidor

Step 2. Remove lid

Step 3. Give lid to a carpenter and get him to make it into a picture frame accessable from the glass side, and without removing the hinges.

Step 4. Insert picture and re-attach lid.

Purchase a picture frame that matches the wood/color/size of the lid of the Humidor and screw to the lid from the inside.

Using a glass topped Humidor, insert a correctly sized laminated picture on the inside and cover over with thin cedar wood
