New puff.com launch web site

Not to add fuel to the fire here......

Keep in mind, the topics available over on puff was established by the orginal CS. That is to say that entire board was replicated on puff...I don't think it has been "scrubbed" yet or organized beyond what the founders of CS created years ago.

I believe the intent is once others are brought over, i.e., CR, the sub-forums will be created to follow in-line with the "company line" of what we've been told to expect. The entire discussion board set-up we see over there now will likily change.

Another food for thought. It was obvious alot more effort was put into the other features of the board (which is impressive IMO)....not much yet in terms of the discussion board. At least that is my impression.

Be patient. I suspect as we all get brought over I expect we'll see the a forum we're more familiar with......and more importantly, we'll have our private clubhouse.

I have registered for both puff.com and club stogie. I had to do a search to find CS. Now that I am registered, I went back to puff.com to look for club stogie withoug doing a search, and I can't find it. How do you navigate to the section where the clubhouses are?

After CR is merged next week, some forums here will merge to forums there.

If it's a duplicate category, it will be merged.

The remainder, such as "Politics", "Chick Chat", etc will go into the CR clubhouse.

The CR Clubhouse will be created during the merge.

The CR Forums may be down completely for 1 - 2 days.

The funny thing about the rules at Puff is that they make a big deal about not even talking about Cuban cigars and yet in their reviews section, what do you see? Cuban cigar reviews everywhere - 11 out of the top 25 are Cuban and 21 out of the top 50 are Cuban. Is that an oxymoron or a double standard?

I don't recall ever seeing any pictures here falling in the category of NSFW.....maybe a thread or two with links followed by fare warning ...but posted pics...nah. Even Cyclemans' pics are safe for my work.

Cencorship has started..... and I think the guy that was ahead of all of us was Red..... he got so pissed off he had everything deleted.... and had to come back as a newbee to see the end of the world.....

Just didn't know it was not an ass-ter-roid that wasn't going to kill us...

well i did it... i registered at puff.com BTW, my new screen name is "JOEWEISER"

im still using my baby avatar, but it just doesnt feel right.

i cant put my finger on it, but i feel like the new kid in high school, or im cheating on my wife.

i would love to chip in money every month to maintain THIS site. i like it here. i dont know anything about HTML or whatever it takes to create/maintain a forrum.

anybody with me... i guess ill adjust once i see some names i recognize over there.

if this doesnt work out, i can seriously see my cigar intake and computer time go WAY down.
