I think it's a good thing that someone so highly visible and with such a large following is passionate about cigars.

The squares hold their noses and feign coughing around us, the typical non-smoker is indifferent but usually hostile toward us, the local politicians put the kabosh on all our favorite indoor smoking hangouts, and the state and (especially) federal politicians look at us as tax revenue. We don't have too many supporters, so it's good to have powerful people in our corner, if you like the politics or not.

I for one I'm glad that he is a cigar lover, it can never hurt to have someone speak logic about a product (tobacco) that has been demonized and turned into revenue for the left and their sheeple.

He had a sampler with Finck cigars company last year, he once said he receives he cigars from them.

I thought he was pretty much dead-on until he called the Dominican Cohiba "the cream of the crop – maybe the best quality cigars available in the United States." I think he has been smoking a few tailpipes.

I've heard Rush talk to a a caller about the Chisel and how to open the head without a cutter. He gave me the implression that he liked to smoke them because he said if anyove was viewing him on the web he would show how to split it open. It seems he had one right at hand. I have heard him mention Opus X a few times though so I know he likes that stick as well.
