What are these called?

Anybody know what these bundle tie/bands are called? What type of cloth/fabric is it? Is it possible to buy it locally at a fabric store?

The yellow one is just an inexpensive ribbon with the Tat stamp on it. The other is a bit more expensive but no stamp... Available at Hobby Lobby.

This is what I do with the ribbons...

The cloth ribbons like Camacho 10th Anniversary are sort of difficult, but the regular ribbons are pretty easy.

I usually add them to bombs and other packages...

They are called Slings. But they are right, those are ribbon, Some are poplin, and I have seen velvet or valuer.
